The heat production of dry type transformers is based on a load loss without load.
Loss of idle: when the secondary winding of the dry type transformer is open, and the primary winding is subjected to rated voltage with a sinusoidal shape of the wave of the nominal frequency, the active power consumed is called the loss of the idle.
Loss of load: can change the loss. It is proportional to the square of the current passing through it. Loss of the load refers to the loss of load at the rated current and the reference temperature. To expand, the so -called rated current refers to the fact that the position of cutting the thread on the primary side should be the main position of the thread cutting and cannot be a nominal current of other threads of thread. For the reference temperature, this depends on the level of heat resistance of the insulating material of the dry type transformer. For dry type transformers, regardless of whether they are self -coolest, air or forced oil with air cooling, all of them are insulating materials of class A, and their initial temperature is indicated in accordance with traditional concepts, all of which are 75 ℃.
