          KYN28 metal-clad  switchgear (KYN28 enclosed metalclad  switchgear) is a complete power distribution device for 3.6~12kV,3-phase AC 50Hz,single-bus and single-bus sectionalized system. It is mainly used for power transmission of middle/small generators in power plants; power receiving, transmission for substations in power distribution and power system of factories, mines and enterprises, and starting of large high-voltage motor, etc.,so as to control, protect and monitor the system.

Robust Enclosure System 
Heavy-gauge aluminum-zinc alloy steel enclosure (≥2.5mm thickness) with IP4X certified sealing, providing 40% higher corrosion resistance than galvanized steel.

Seismic Resilience:
Reinforced frame withstands 8.0 magnitude vibrations per IEC 62271-3, eliminating structural retrofit costs.

Fail-Safe Compartmentation
Independent Functional Zones: Four isolated chambers (power distribution / conductor / control / cable) with 2.5mm steel barriers, preventing cross-compartment fault propagation.

Zero-Maintenance Insulation:

Relative Humidity: Daily average is not more than 95% and monthly average is not more than 90%;

The average daily vapour pressure is not more than 22KPA;

The average monthly vapor pressure is not more than 1.8KPA;

Seismic Intensity Scale: not more than 8 Liedu scale.

No obvious contamination with corrosive or combustible gases on site.  

Don’t be used on frequent intense vibration site.
