    HXGN series switchgear (full name: indoor AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear) is a high-voltage switchgear suitable for ring network power supply and terminal power supply of distribution systems. It is mainly used for 10kV, 24kV, and 35kV voltage levels. It has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, and easy installation.     Features of Structure

    • Modular design
      The metal enclosed box is composed of modules such as busbar room, switch room, cable room, etc. The layout is compact and the floor space is small, which is suitable for scenarios with limited space (such as box-type substations and underground distribution rooms).
      It supports multiple circuit combinations (such as incoming lines, outgoing lines, and transformer feeder circuits), and can be flexibly expanded to meet the needs of different power distribution solutions.
    • Insulation and arc extinguishing technology
      Insulation method: common air insulation (using insulating sleeves, heat shrinkable materials) or SF₆ gas insulation (some models). The new generation of products gradually uses environmentally friendly gases (such as N₂ mixed gas) to replace SF₆, which is in line with the global low-carbon and environmental protection trend.
      Switch configuration: The main switch can be equipped with a load switch (with fuse) or a circuit breaker (such as a vacuum circuit breaker) to meet different short-circuit breaking capacity requirements. The load switch + fuse combination solution combines economy and protection functions, and is suitable for transformer protection scenarios.
    • Safety interlock system
      It has "five-protection" interlocking function (preventing accidental opening and closing of switches, preventing the closing of switches with load, preventing the hanging of ground wires with power on, preventing the closing of switches with ground wires, and preventing the accidental entry into the live interval), and ensures safe operation through mechanical or electrical interlocking.
      The cabinet door is linked to the switch status and cannot be opened when powered on, ensuring the safety of operation and maintenance personnel.
    • Maintenance-free and high reliability
      The air-insulated type does not require gas maintenance, and the SF₆ type adopts a fully sealed structure with low gas leakage rate and long maintenance cycle (usually 10-15 years).
      It can adapt to wide temperature environment (-25℃~+55℃), with protection level up to IP3X/IP4X, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-condensation, suitable for outdoor box transformers or humid environments.

    Functions 

    Ring network power supply: supports multi-node ring networking, and can be isolated through segmented switches in case of faults, improving power supply reliability and reducing the scope of power outages. 
    Distribution protection: overload and short-circuit protection is achieved through fuses or circuit breakers, and faults are quickly removed to ensure system safety. 
    Flexible wiring: supports cable entry and exit, adapts to different cable specifications, and can be integrated with transformers, lightning arresters, mutual inductors and other equipment.
