Our factory and sales office will be closed during this period. Production, dispatch and quotation work will resume on October 8.

Plan Ahead: Tips for Your Orders and Inquiries

If your project has a delivery or commissioning date in October or November, we suggest you:

Send technical requirements now. Include capacity (kVA/MVA), primary and secondary voltage, frequency, vector group, cooling method, installation site and applicable standards. This lets our engineers prepare a quotation on October 8.
Confirm shipping details before October 1. Port, Incoterms and packing requirements should be settled before the break so that dispatch is not delayed after it.
Allow extra time for logistics. Ports, customs and carriers in China are also affected by the holiday.
