    The Mining Transformer KBSG Series has a flameproof structure, and the insulation material adopts C-class or H-class insulation, good thermal stability, and the cooling path adopts ANAN. It is suitable for workplaces such as coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, tunnel projects, and mines with methane mixed gas, coal dust, dust, and explosion hazards.

    • Low no-load loss
      1. High-quality silicon steel sheets are used.
      2. The wound core transformer fully utilizes the orientation of the silicon steel sheets. The annealing process restores their magnetic properties, reducing no-load loss by 20%-30%.
    • Low noise
      1. Noise primarily originates from the core and is transmitted to the surrounding area through the casing.
      2. Noise reduction measures: ① Reduce noise sources. The wound core has seamless joints, a compact structure, low hysteresis and expansion, and low noise. ② Silicone pads are added to joints to block noise transmission.
    • Lightweight and compact
    • Explosion-proof and moisture-proof
      The product utilizes a corrugated rectangular flameproof casing, which offers excellent flameproof performance, sufficient mechanical strength, and good heat dissipation. The top cover is easy to clean for dust accumulation.
    • Safety and Environment-friendly
      The transformer body is constructed of H- or C-grade insulation material, which is flame-retardant, flame-retardant, and fire-resistant. It does not generate harmful gases or pollute the environment. A small temperature relay is installed on the upper part of the transformer body to provide an over-temperature alarm.

    Application Scenarios

    The KBSG Series mining transformer is suitable for mines with methane mixed gas and coal dust and explosion hazards, and is used as a power distribution device for underground mine pumping stations, conveyors, mining machines and other electrical equipment.

    Environmental Requirements
    ① Altitude: ≤ 1000m;
    ② Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40°C, lower limit -5°C;
    ③ Relative humidity: No more than 95% relative humidity (at 25°C);
    ④ No strong vibration, jolt, or inclination from vertical not exceeding 15°;
    ⑤ Can be used in air containing explosive methane or coal dust, but free of gases and vapors that are corrosive to metals or damage insulation;
    6. No dripping water or an environment with water-proof facilities;
    7. The power supply voltage waveform is approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical.
