Product Introduction

European substations are usually prefabricated substations (i.e. box-type substations), whose core equipment (high-voltage switches, transformers, and low-voltage distribution devices) are integrated in a closed box. They have the characteristics of small footprint and strong environmental adaptability, and are particularly suitable for urban distribution networks or areas with limited space.

Structure

High-voltage unit
Use ring network cabinet or inflatable switch cabinet (such as SF6 gas insulation), compact structure and high reliability.
Common configuration: integrated design of incoming and outgoing lines, metering and protection devices.
Transformer unit
Dry-type transformers or fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are usually selected, with good fireproof performance and low noise.
Capacity range: 100kVA to 2500kVA, suitable for small and medium-sized power needs.
Low-voltage unit
Integrated low-voltage switch cabinet, reactive power compensation device, smart meter, etc., support multi-circuit output.
Modular design is adopted for easy expansion and transformation.
Casing and protection
Casing material: galvanized steel plate, stainless steel or environmentally friendly non-metallic material (such as fiber-reinforced concrete).
Protection level: usually above IP54, with dustproof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant capabilities.
