The GGD low voltage switchgear is applied in power plants, substations, industry and mine corporations, etc. with rated voltage 400V, max operating current 4000A and rated frequency 50/60Hz. It can be applied as power conversion distribution control, distribution and control of power, lighting and power distribution, etc.
The device adheres to IEC61439 and GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies" etc.
Structure
Cabinet frame
The cold-rolled steel plate is bent and welded, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed after pickling and phosphating, which has anti-corrosion and anti-rust capabilities.
It is divided into horizontal busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room and instrument room, and the modular design is convenient for installation and maintenance.
Main components
Busbar system: The horizontal busbar is placed on the top of the cabinet, using copper or aluminum bars to support large current transmission (up to 3150A).
Circuit breaker: Configure frame type (such as DW15) or molded case circuit breaker (such as DZ20) to provide overload and short circuit protection.
Isolating switch: used for circuit isolation to ensure maintenance safety.
Instrument and protection device: Install voltmeter, ammeter and smart meter (optional), support power monitoring and communication functions.

  All electrical components are fixedly installed, with a simple and reliable structure and low cost, but the scalability is weaker than that of drawer-type cabinets.

  Short-time withstand current grading: horizontal bus 15kA/30kA/50kA (1 second), vertical bus 30kA/63kA.
